Word War II graveyard

The Department of Veterans Affairs estimated around 240,000 WWII veterans living in the U.S. as of September 2023. Projecting a similar decline as in recent years, there could be roughly 180,000-200,000 by 2024. Over 300 World War II of these veterans die each day.

The statistics show the youngest veterans are in their 90s, while the oldest are over 100 years old.
